Sargon Dental Implants:
Great Success, High Survival Rate!

On Wednesday, August 13, 2003 a lecture was given at the Pasadena Westin Hotel to a large group of dental professionals by John J. Lytle, M.D., D.D.S., a prominent Pasadena-Glendale area oral-maxillofacial surgeon. Dr. Lytle's presentation covered his professional use and his survival rates with 103 Sargon Immediate Load Implants over a four-year period which is still ongoing.

His overall survival rate to date is 94% achieved mainly on single-tooth replacements. Dr. Lytle attributes his three failures to his own "learning curve."

Many of these dental implants were placed under adverse conditions where lesions were present or bone quality was poor. In theaudience were some of the restorative dentists that have worked with Dr. Lytle on many of the cases presented.
